Minister is the right title

In the epistle to the Colossians the title for a  "Pastor",  is "Minister". No need of others proofs, is evident

Colossians 1:7   As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;

Therefore Epaphras was the "Minister" of the Colosse Church.

Colossians

1:23   If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
1:24   Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:
1:25   Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
Paul tell us that he was made a Minister, by the dispensation of God.
A Minister is teaching and is pastoring the church but we cannot call him a rabbi, prophet or master. In the same way we cannot call him a pastor, father or a priest. There are no pastor or priest in the New Testament.

To be a Minister, a Servant of God what a biblical blessed name.

If we identify the church as a flock, the believers are the sheep and the Lord is the Shepherd, the Pastor.

There are only one Pastor that give is life for the sheep.
